Ingredients:
Red Chili, Salt, Coriander, Muskmelon, Ginger, Allspice, Long Pepper, Black Pepper, Cumin, Clove, Bay Leaf, Garlic, Roasted Chickpea, Carom, Dried Papaya Powder, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Sodium Phosphate, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide
STEPS OF COOKING:
1.Drain the water from soaked chickpeas/ chanas and add 8 cups of water, boil for 1-2 hours on low heat.
2.Add NDH Chhola Masala and stir.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes or until the chanas turn to a darker shade.
4.Heat ghee/butter/oil and fry the onion until golden. Add the boiled chana/chholay/chickpeas.
5.Stir fry until oil separates from the chanas.
